1. Secasports as a Personal Data Controller
Secasports acts as a data controller in relation to the personal information of users and individuals who visit the Secasports website.
Why do we process personal information? In order to comply with a contract or fulfill legal obligations, Secasports collects personal data obtained from the User when completing contact forms on our website.
Additionally, Secasports processes data it receives from the user and from other individuals who use our platform or visit our website: cookies, log files (IP address or other online identifiers), etc.
How long do we process personal data? The user's personal data is processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the time necessary to ensure service security and compliance with obligations arising from special legal regulations.
2. Secasports as a Personal Data Processor
Secasports provides the user with space to store data on Secasports' servers. The User's data may also include personal data of other natural persons (data subjects). In relation to this personal data, Secasports acts as the personal data processor. The User acts as the personal data controller. According to Article 28 of the GDPR, the controller and the processor (Secasports) conclude a data processing agreement, which is available here.
What is the purpose of the processing and how do we handle the data? Secasports does not interfere with user data and does not modify, disclose, allow access to, or transfer it to third parties (excluding access by state authorities in accordance with the law), unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. The sole purpose of handling this personal data is its storage and making it available to the User.
3. Recipients and Processors of Personal Data
Secasports does not transmit personal information to any other controller.
The personal data processors are:
Companies or business entities dedicated to accounting and responsible for carrying out accounting operations;
IT companies or entrepreneurs responsible for the IT implementation and development of software programs used by Secasports;
Companies or individual companies that provide servers where data is stored;
Companies that provide payment services;
Companies that provide email messaging services.
Personal data may be made available to state authorities under certain conditions.
4. Rights of Data Subjects
